Home Owner Grant Applications -  Due July 4, 2023

In 2020 the Province introduced legislation to enable centralization of the Home Owner Grant Program.  This means that all Home Owner Grant applications must be submitted directly to the BC Government.

Please note that grant applications are no longer accepted at the District Office.

Eligible property owners can apply for their grants at www.gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant or by calling toll-free to 1-888-355-2700 to speak directly with an agent. This change in process does not change the eligibility criteria.

Please be advised that all grant applications must be claimed by July 4, 2023 to avoid late payment penalties.
