The Caleb Pike Heritage Park is a three acre park on the outskirts of Victoria, British Columbia in the municipality of the Highlands. On the Homestead are three heritage designated buildings. There is the squared log “Caleb Pike House” dating from 1883 and also the newly restored “Little Red Schoolhouse”, which was moved from a nearby site and rebuilt to honour its heritage dating from 1893. There is also an original dairy building, a reconstructed “The Gregory House” based on another pioneer home in the highlands (and now used as a caretaker residence) as well as a heritage orchard.
This charming and unique heritage resource is available for rental for events such as weddings, family birthday celebrations, or corporate retreats or as a location for courses or workshops.
The Caleb Pike House and the Little Red Schoolhouse may be rented individually or together.
The Highlands Municipality also uses this facility for its council meetings and numerous Highlands Community Events such as markets and picnics are held on the grounds.
